Village/Organization:Originally From Konoha As Which He Is Uchiha,Now In Akatsuki
Backstory/History:Not Much Is known about Tobi,except for the fact that he says he is Madara Uchiha,and has sharingan.Tobi is a former student of Zetsu.When Sasori died,Tobi took his ring and became a full member of Akatsuki also the new partner of Deidara.No one knows this except for Pein and Konkon,that Tobi is the real leader,and Madara Uchiha.Pein(Akatsuki (co)leader)was seen taking orders from Tobi.
Personality:Tobi is different from the other Akatsuki members.Tobi is more carefree and goofy whilist the other members are more serious and dedicated.Tobi also uses good speech.These traits irritate Deidara making him attack Tobi in some way.Kisame however likes Tobi's personallity since it gives life to the gloomy organization.
As Madara,his manner of speech changes,as he becomes more serious,and arrogant.
Fighting Style:Tobi's fighting style is pretty much unknown.But since he is an S-rank criminal,an Uchiha,and went on Par with the First Hokage,he probally has High level skills.Very Few of his jutsus are revealed.
Jutsu:
-Sharingan/Mangekyou
The sharingan is a bloodline trait exclusive to those of the Uchiha clan.This traits allows the user to copy and predict the opponets moves.The mankeyo just makes these traits higher and can perform the 3 most strongest Uchiha moves.The mangekyo also has a drawback.It takes ton of chakra,and may make you go blind,after excessive uses.
-Tsykoyomi
This jutsu can only be used with mangekyo sharingan.This technque after making eye contact with the enemy will transport both to a different dimension where the user of tsykoyomi controls everything will the enemy can't do anything.In real life they are still at the same place.It is a Genjutsu,which is impossible to break,except for a highly skilled Mangekyou sharingan.
-Ametrasu
Can only be used by a Mankeyou Sharingan User.This jutsu creates jet black flames which can't be taken out except for a highly skilled sealing technique.This jutsu is said to be hotter then the sun,and will burn for Seven days and Seven Nights.This jutsu takes excessive amount of chakra.
Since Tobi/Madara Uchiha is from the Uchiha clan,he also should have Fire-Type Jutsus.

Tobi walked in a hidden chamber in the Akatsuki Lair.He saw Pein and Konhon there."So..How long is it going to take to get all the Bijuu?"Tobi asked in his Madara tone.Pein replied"We don't know,the Nine-tail fox Jinchuuriki is getting stronger and stronger..".Tobi said"We must get them quickly to..".Itachi was walking somewhere when he noticed them,he hid behind the wall and listened to what they were saying."To return the Sharingan's true Power..my power...Uchiha Madara's Power!"Tobi finnally said.Itachi was shocked,and went back to the Uchiha Hideout,where he was confronted by Sasuke.
