Kakashi enters the office a little tired from having to fight right after resting from another battle and from using his Sharingan. Karachi bowed but quickly jumped to why he was there. "There have been multiple break ins into the village. I'm concerned about the security of the village, perhaps the number of guard should be increased. Or an investigation on the intruders. Either way I'm beginning to feel it has become easy to slip into the village and who knows what intension's people have now that news of the third hokage's death has spread.

Tsunade's eyebrows creased as she absorbed what Kakashi said. If Kakashi the Copy Ninja is this concerned, then there's definitely some trouble. I knew there were some problems, but this..."Thank you for reporting this issue Kakashi. I will relay this information to the guard captains and order them to increase their patrol and budget more into Konoha's defenses. Meanwhile, I have a mission for you. You will construct a three-man team, including yourself, that you can work well with in both discretion and action. You are to investigate the intrusions and the source behind them. I know your character Kakashi...and the fact that you care for Konoha, so you have my permission to deal with the incident as you see fit." Here Tsunade paused and scribbled something down on a nearby piece of paper and handed it to Kakashi. "Get some rest first though. Those are orders for 24 hours break, along with a prescription for some advanced soldier and blood pills. It's great that you're dedicated Kakashi, but don't run yourself into the ground. Have Sakura look at that eye of yours too. Some slight healing to it should help." With that Tsunade nodded, giving him permission to leave.

A small messenger Ninja came into the Hokage's office. " Tsunade-sama, I have a message from Kumogakure" The ninja must have already read the message " Their wageing war!!"

Tsunade started when the messenger nin revealed the message. "Go. You're dismissed." As the messenger left, Tsunade thought for a moment. Is it really war? Has Lightning gone out it's mind? There's no use jumping to conclusions without more facts, but that doesn't mean that precautions can't be taken. "SHIZUNE!" Shizune hurried into the office. "Yes Tsunade-sama?" "Order all standby shinobi on alert. Order the defenses of Fire Country to be doubled as well. It appears that we may be having some trouble from the Raikage." As Shizune left, Tsunade pulled out a map and began to arrange a large-scale mission for Konoha and recalled all missions C-rank and below.

Tsunade almost bellowed for the intruder to get out if he didn't want to see himself from the other side of the wall, getting annoyed that the plans for Konoha's defense were being interrupted once again. Luckily for the messenger nin, he spoke up before the strong woman could come true to her desires while she was beginning to rise from her desk to do so.

Tsunade *almost* stopped mid-rise as she heard the message. What kind of Kage declares war and then has second thoughts about it? Talk about spineless...it's more likely to be a trap though. I wonder, Dan, what would you do in this situation? It's true I don't want to needlessly waste shinobi when it can be avoided. I might as well find out the specifics. "When and where does he want to meet?"
Respond in Defend Konoha please. It will make more sense.

Saiyuki Mibu knocks on the door of Tsunade-Sama's office hoping that Lady Hokage would give her a mission that she could do great at even if she is a Genin.
