Two Questions

In order to become a Jounin or Higher (assuming you're a Chuunin), you need to PM a staff member a sample post as the commanding officer, in that rank, on a mission looking for a missing nin. Based on your sample RP post, we will decide if you can advance.

What would happen if you decide that the Chuunin who applied couldn't advance? Is there a time limit, until they can try again after being rejected?

Also how long (How many Posts/missions) does a Chuunin need to wait before applying for Jounin?

Well, than that Chuunin doesn't advance. I don't want people to look at that as unfair, because the 'test' that we give you to become a Jounin shows how serious you are about wanting to get the position. I can't have every single 'Tom, thingy, and Harry' try to become Jounin. With 1 shot to become a jounin, I expect your sample RP to be very, very good. If it isn't all that tells me is that you weren't really serious about becoming a Jounin, and if that's the case, I would never give that person a jounin position. So I guess in conclusions, it's a one shot deal.

A Chuunin must wait have completed at least 4, C-Rank or higher missions to apply for Jounin.
